Combining a vivacious personality with a passion for Gin and Rum is a winning combination for our team! While finishing up her studies in Accounting at UC Berkeley, Gabby heads up our Sales effort.

Learning the ropes of the craft distilling industry with a smile. You can usually find Hanna helping out at the tasting room on weekends and summer afternoons.

Ben- Apprentice and Digital Marketing Strategest

Learning the ins and outs of crafting Gin while applying his “Mad Men” skills to our social media Marketing. Pacifica Gin isn’t the same as the national brands he has worked on in the past; its better!

J.D.- Head Bottle Washer

When he is not bottling, labeling or babysitting Sally, he is putting his experience sailing and living in the Caribbean to use in coming up with new Rum ideas (some of which might actually work).

Allison, Chief People Officer

Ali is a rescue dog from the Hurricane that hit Houston a few years back. If she isn’t greeting guests in the tasting room, she can be found curled up back by the still.
